Terms and conditions:
1. ANZAHLUNG BEI BUCHUNG (booking deposit)
Deposit in Höhe 300-500 EUR (BOOKING PAYMENT) sollt bezahlt werden sein bei Buchung. Anzahlung bei Buchung ist optional. Es beudeuten für uns, dass Sie sich definitiv entschieden haben, in unsere Anti-Aging Programm teilzunehmen, und ermöglichen uns IhreBuchungsdaten zu garantieren. These terms come into force at the time when "Anti-Aging Corp." confirms the booking by e-mail or by fax. If the booking payment (deposit) is not made, "Anti-Aging Corp." reserves the right to cancel the program at any time and is not obliged to indemnify any loss by the guest.
2. PROGRAMM BEZAHLUNG
The balance of the program price (PROGRAM PAYMENT) can be paid at any time after the BOOKING PAYMENT, up to the SECOND DAY after the date of arrival or the start of the program, whichever is later. If such payment is not made within this period, "Anti-Aging Corp." reserves the right to cancel the program and is not obliged to indemnify any loss by the guest.
3. CANCELLATION by the "Guest"
If a guest wishes to cancel the booked program, this communication should be made in writing. In this case the deposit (BOOKING PAYMENT) may be not refunded.
4. CANCELLATION by "Anti-Aging Corp."
"Anti-Aging Corp." reserves the right to cancel the program in full or in part in case of unavoidable circumstances which in our judgement may make this necessary. "Anti-Aging Corp." may also cancel the program because of medical contraindications in individual cases. In both such circumstances the complete amount (or, in case of partial cancellation, a proportionate amount) received from the guest will be returned, but "Anti-Aging Corp." is not obliged to indemnify any loss by the guest.
